Kate Rippon

Kate Rippon has nearly two decades of experience as a Human Resources professional with diverse experiences ranging from  Human Resource Management of the West Australian Football Commission and Human Resource advisory responsibilities to senior Australian Military and United Nations staff. Kate has a Masters of Management (Human Resource Management), is a Certified Professional member of the Australian Human Resources Institute (CAHRI) and her key competencies include her ability to assess working environments and organisational culture to develop appropriate Human Resource policies and initiatives, and an excellent ability to develop productive working relationships in short time frames with team members and senior management.
